C. flaccidula Vatke in Linnaea 38:712 (1874). Syn: C. singarensis Boiss. & Hausskn. in Boiss., Fl. Or. 3:943 (1875).
Sparsely retrorse-setulose to glabrescent annual. Stems slender, flexuous or ascending, ± climbing, (5-)10-15(-20) cm, branched from base. Leaves sparsely setulose below, ciliate at margin or glabrous; lower broadly ovate, obtuse, 1-2.5 x 0.5-2 cm, entire, with short (to 10 mm) petiole; upper elliptic, attenuate, subsessile, ± entire. Flowers on long, flexuous, slender pedicels. Ovary broadly obconical, glabrous or papillose. Calyx lobes lanceolate, erecto-patent, 2-4 (-10) mm, glabrous or shortly ciliate at margin, usually longer than corolla. Corolla campanulate, 4-6 mm, divided to 2/3 into lanceolate, 4-5 mm, acute lobes, violet. Anthers blue, connate during anthesis. Style included. Stigmas 3. Capsule
hemispherical, opening by 3 ± median pores. Seeds small, ellipsoid, 0.7 x 0.3 mm, light brown, shiny. Fl. 5-6. Limestone rocks, shady crevices, 400-/280 m.
